Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Frontbell platform provided by Frontbell, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Effective June 8, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, clicking “I Agree,” completing signup, or otherwise using the Frontbell platform (the “Service”), you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, each incorporated by reference. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. The Service
Frontbell provides AI-powered front-desk software for service businesses, including call answering, scheduling and dispatch, customer records, estimates and invoicing, and customer communications by voice, SMS, and email. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- You will not use the Service unlawfully, to send prohibited content (including SHAFT content — sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco), or to harass or defraud.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or overload the Service.
4. Customer communications, consent, and compliance
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all legally required consents from your own customers before Frontbell contacts them on your behalf. In particular, you represent and warrant that:
- you have obtained TCPA-compliant prior express consent for all SMS and voice contacts;
- your A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration information is accurate;
- you comply with applicable do-not-call, calling-hours, and call- and message-recording disclosure laws;
- you will not disable required call-recording or AI disclosures.
You agree to indemnify Frontbell for claims arising out of your non-compliant communications, undisclosed recording, or unlawful contact of your customers.
5. Fees and billing
You agree to pay the fees for your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with your plan. You may cancel for convenience effective at the end of your current billing cycle; pre-paid fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. AI outputs
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate voice responses, transcripts, summaries, and suggestions. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are provided “as is” and you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to your customers.
7. Intellectual property
Frontbell and its licensors retain all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontbell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
