SMS / Text Messaging Terms
These terms govern the text-message program operated by Frontbell, Inc. and the service businesses that use Frontbell to communicate with their customers.

1. Program description
Frontbell provides an AI-powered front-desk service to home-service businesses (“Businesses”). When you provide your mobile number to a Frontbell-powered Business, you may receive SMS text messages relating to your service, such as: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and dispatch updates, estimate and invoice notifications, follow-up messages, review requests, and replies to messages you send.
2. Consent (how you opt in)
You are added to a Business’s messaging program only after you provide express consent. Consent is collected in one of the following ways, and the date, time, and method are recorded:
- Verbally — during a phone call with the Business or its Frontbell AI assistant, when you agree to receive text messages.
- Online — when you check a consent box or submit a form on a Business’s booking page or website that discloses these terms.
- In writing or in person — when you provide your mobile number to the Business and agree to be texted.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with the Business (for example, the number of appointments you book). You may receive messages in response to your own messages, and periodic reminders or follow-ups related to your service.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Frontbell does not charge you for receiving or sending messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you are messaging with. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that Business. Additional opt-out keywords such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also honored.
If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again the same way you did the first time, or text START.
6. How to get help (HELP)

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may not be deliverable to all carriers or devices. Delivery is on a best-effort basis.
8. Your privacy — mobile information is never sold or shared
Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are used solely to operate this messaging program on behalf of the Business you interact with. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their own marketing. For full details on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the messaging program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
