Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Frontbell, Inc. ("Frontbell," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit frontbell.ai, sign up, or interact with our service.
Effective June 8, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes Frontbell’s processing of personal information about (a) visitors to our website, (b) prospective and current business customers, and (c) authorized users of those businesses.
Frontbell provides software to small home-services businesses (“Businesses”). When a Business uses Frontbell to interact with its own customers (typically homeowners), that customer’s personal information is processed by Frontbell on behalf of the Business as a service provider/processor. The Business — not Frontbell — controls that information. If you are a homeowner who interacted with a Frontbell-powered phone, text, or web channel and want to exercise rights over your information, please contact the Business that serves you; we will route requests we receive directly to the responsible Business.

When a retention period expires, we delete or de-identify the data.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, and MFA on administrative accounts. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required by law.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of sale/sharing (we do neither). We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
